Sorry but we don’t Refund or Return (unless…) Policy

Dear customer

You might have already noticed that, by using 100% cotton garnment, we do care a lot of the environment and of the sustainability of our products.
Which is also the reason why we produce each piece upon order and we accept no return and we give no refund unless one of the following circumstances occurs:

  • The product you receive does not correspond to the model you ordered in term of size on the label (ex. s instead of m), design (ex. crane instead of ginkgo), and piece of clothing (ex. tshirt instead of hoodie).
  • Wrong color (ex. blue instead of white).
    Beware that color may differ from product image because of lighting and different screen display, therefore no refund will be given for slight coloror discrepancies
  • The print on the product has missing parts.

No refund will be given for fitting issues, hence beware of checking the detailed size table of each item twice before purchasing since every model’s fit is different.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and high quality image showing the inconguence with the ordered items for approval .

Once the refund will be approved, if there are no quality issues, you could either choose to ask for a 50% refund and keep the item or return the item and either ask for a 100% refund that will be issued in max 30 days from when we receive the item.
If you prefer you could also ask for a 10% refund, return the item and have the correct item sent back to you. (delivery time may vary according to your location).

In case of proved quality issues, we will issue a 100% refund in max 30 days with no need for returning the item.
After receiving the refund, if the item does not have structural problems, it would be nice if you could donate it to charity, to help less fortunate people.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days from refund approval or notification of received return, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us replying to the refund approval notification email.

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded at their purchase price, not at current price.

Shipping returns

We will email you with the address to where you’ll have to ship the item to return.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning ythe item. Shipping costs are non-refundable since they may vary a lot. If there is any cost we would have to pay to receive the item back, it will be deducted from the refundable amount. If it is higher than the refundable cost, we will have to reject the parcel.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
